    I love not peeling the garlic

    I love not peeling the garlic before I press it!   It makes it so much faster!   The only thing is, you have to clean it out between each bud because of the "skin" that gets pushed to the side when pressing.  Even if you peel the garlic, it will leave some as the "skin" pushed aside.
