I am not a handy person at all so I guess I am not the best to rate this item although I do have this heater and I thought I would love it I got it took it out of the box to set it up and low and I was shocked I frist of all could not get  it ot sit up correcrly on my hardwood floor then I finally did get it to sit (not right) I pluged it in and it holds so much power it threw my breaker box in my home. I have to constantly go and reset  the breaker box each time i try to use the heater then It never did put off any heat for me I never felt any heat from the thing I did try on several occassions...
