I am constantly getting phone calls & paper junk mail requesting I upgrade to a Gold or Platinum or whatever. My question is WHY?
Just so they charge me an extra $100+ a year for an annual fee for services I would never use -so it is pointless.
If you're considering getting an American Express, get the green and stick with it. I've never been impressed by someone pulling out a Gold Card. Nobody is impressed by that so don't bother upgrading unless you have a business account &... review »
