When I received my PureVia sample I was a bit unsure what to think. I have tried all the other sweeteners out there so why not....Much to my surprise - this is so close to real sugar I almost could not tell the difference. The taste is good, no after taste like some others I have tried. The only thing that did not make this perfect is it doesn't dissolve as well as sugar, it will completely dissolve, just takes a bit longer. I used this in oatmeal, hot tea, Iced tea, on grapefruit and even sprinkled on berries. I really like this stuff and will buy it.
