almost as good as air-conditioning

In the muggy Michigan summers, this Amana Dehumidifier makes the house feel almost as cool as if we had air conditioning. Works great for drying out the basement after spring floods too. It works fast enough to keep up with even the rainy and hot end of summer here , when the humidity gets up around 90% and can stay there for days.
