Although I work from home and use computers all day every day, I only know how to USE them. I don't know how to install or set up ANYTHING. Technologically challenged, that's me. Despite this, I was having no problem at all setting up this router . . . until my old operating system wouldn't work with it. So I called the Linksys tech support, and words can't express how fantastic the tech guy was. He talked me through a manual configuration and it was up and running in no time.
