My husband is a systems analyst, so he requires speed to be able to work from home. When we signed up with Frontier, we were guaranteed a speed of no less than 1MB. We were pleased with both the speed and the service. For a little over a year, we had absolutely no complaints. Sadly, when Frontier ran their promotion giving a free computer with the purchase of DSL, we watched our speed dwindle - especially after 4pm and on weekends.
