I have been customer of this bank since 2003 and I really loved them. Recently I have been dealing with financial difficulties and was trying to work with the bank to reduce my minimum payments and my high interest rates. The lady at the customer service was very mean and simply did not want to help me. I kept telling her that I am unable to pay them $650 in minimum payments and if there is anything they could do.
