The Santa Fe is ok I guess if you are making quesidillas. I find that the only use for the product is that. I received this as a Christmas present and thought wow, the only thing this is for is to make quesidillas. It does the job when you are making them but honestly do you need it for that. These can be done easily by putting two tortillas on a paper plate with cheese in between them and putting them in the microwave. Maybe I am a bit more practical than most people, but even a george forman grill has more versatility than the Santa Fe maker. If I had to buy this by choice, I would...
