This gym is great.  It is new, about 1 year old, clean & has great equipment.  They also have a theater were u can watch a different movie everyday.  they have a tv @ every treadmill, eliptical, stair stepper, and bike.  Just make sure u bring your own headphones.  They sell all kinds of shakes, fat burner, lo cal, muscle builder, weight gain anything u can think of!  They have childcare, although the hours arent great, only 8:30 til 12 then 4 til 8 on weekdays and on the weekends i think it is only open til 12.  Plus it costs $3 a child.  But they do have a monthly program that is $15...
