I have used this elliptical machine about 4 times a week for about 45 minutes a day. It is great as I watch my DVD and forget I am excercising until the last 15 minutes. You can lean back more, go slower to work the resistance. It counts calories and time as well. I used it and over 6 months lost 45 pounds and losing more now. You can fold it flat and put it away in a close if you want. You do not slip as there are ridges on the pedals. I would recommend it to anyone and the cost was reasonable as well. It works your arms, abdomen and legs as well. I feel over all toned and healthy...
