Basically, it is a sturdy, bean-shaped, inflatable about the size of a large ottoman. Picture a bean... it will rock on the floor when placed with it's longer curved side down. Flip it the other way and it sits in a sturdier, fixed position.
It takes your exercises off the floor. For me, it has made sit-ups (or crunches) and push-ups very comfortable. Not easy... it's still a workout. It's just that I can do this exercises in a less akward position now... easy on the joints. It comes with a chart showing a vertually unlimited... review »
