The  sony erricson w780a phone repeatedly has dropped calls even though the battery is fully charged and the so called "service" has plenty of bars.  Others have noticed the volume low even though it has been incresed to the highest setting.  It has also been difficult to find a M2 memory card for storage of MP3's, which is one of the only positives about the phone.  The battery also seems to lose its charge quite quickly.  AT&T has been contacted repeatedly on these issues and tell me that I live in a strong signal area even though there are dropped calls on a daily basis.  It is also difficult...
