    The Bernina 440 QE has been nothing but an agravation for me.

    I bought the Bernina 440QE for the BSR which has never worked to my satisfaction.  My dealer, which is the only one within 50 miles, is not helpful and when I complain to Bernina I get no response.  I much prefer my 13 year old Pfaff which has never given me a moments trouble.  I finally convinced my dealer that the machine is defective and that it's not the operator, which was the answer I was given everytime.  It took going in, turning on the machine and forcing them to try it.   Yes it was threaded right, it had their expensive thread and a new needle.  All the things I'd been told... read full review »
