It sounds like you are keeping super busy. Your garden sounds fabulous. I put up raspberry jam last week and started the seasonal apple preserving. I make apple pie filling, applesauce and dehydrated apple rings. A friend gave me a bunch of pears and I am contemplating making pear butter. I love this time of the year but it seems like the days are too short. Take care.
