I had my hair cut and colored at JCon salon last week and I was not impressed. It is too expensive, the color looks cheap, the cut looks unprofessional, not polished at all.  To me it seemed like an over priced cheap chain salon because it is big and there are tons of people being shuffled in and out, no privacy, no class at all, and the color they use looks cheap.  I do not recommend this salon and will not be returning.
