Best Buy has the worst customer service, both in Minnesota and in Shanghai, China. They lie in China and tell you that you cannot get the piece you need. After getting extremely angry and giving them a piece of my mind, I did recieve the piece that visit. In Minnesota the GeekSquad is the worst as well. They took 4 1/2 months on my computer sending in to their service center and they did not fix the problem after changing the monther board, the hard drive twice, and the optical drive. I had an independent computer company look at it and they said the motherboard is bad. That is completely ridiculous!...
