    I started using vonage because the service was priced well and had a lot of options that came along with it. After repeated call to there costumer service about echos and low call volume they never came up with a good solution for me . So i switched to a triple play package offered by my cable company and call to cancel my service. When canceling they gave me the run around for about an 30min. Then asked me if i was still wanted to cancel my service and that i would have to pay a service fee of $200 for  the early termination charges. I said no so they told me that i need to wait till august to... review »
