The New York State Museum in Albany Ny hold a wealth of history.  There is something for everyone from the serious to the silly.  You will find Birds, Bones and Plenty of History.  Be sure to check out the 100 year old carosaul on the top floor.  While you are there stop and admire the view of Albany it is amazing.  You can wander through a Native American Long House, stand on a subway car, watch Sesame Street in many languages.  Other exhibits include dinosaur bones, animals of the Adirondacks, gems and rocks or New York State and fire engines.  The Museum also houses an emotional 911 exhibit. Pieces...
