Santa Fe Quesadilla Maker - well, let's just say, my wife URGED me to get a quesadilla maker. I had no reason for it. I thought I could do just fine cooking mine over a skillet on the stove.

Then we got one. I used the stove, my wife used the Quesadilla Maker. Hers were always crisper, crunchier, sealed, and the cheese was always slightly more melted. I tried it one day and fot hooked!
