I have been a customer of kay jewelers for 3 years now. and i have always received great customer service. i am not saying that i have never had a problem just when i do, i do not take it out on the sales people. they are just trying to do their jobs. besides if i came in with an attitude i deserve to get one back. but i am nice to them and they bend over backwards for me. even when their repair shop messes up my ring for the 3rd time. its not the sales reps fault they dont personally fix my rings, they depend on someone else to do their part. and i know if they could strangle the repair shops...review »
