i wrote a negative review of dell as it was a complete nightmare dealing with them and i didn't want to see others get ripped off. immediately my review was marked as not helpful. i looked through all the reviews and found it disproportionate that the positive ones were marked helpful and negative not. thus the negative were pushed out of view. i thought about the way epinions.com is set up and it's a system set up to allow for abuse. i noticed the positive reviews read more like dell advertisements. on unbiased sites you see way more negative reviews on dell (hell) than you will... read full review »
