AT&T has decent customer service, and in nearly two years I have NEVER ONCE DROPPED A CALL!!! And believe me, I make and receive a lot of calls. However, I never went over my minutes until January 2008. I called AT&T customer service to upgrade to the next higher plan without extending my contract.
