SECOND TIME!!! I wrote a LONG review, hit PUBLISH, and it wanted me to "sign up" and it lost my whole review!!! =( So, here goes AGAIN................ — AT&T has decent customer service, and in nearly two years I have NEVER ONCE DROPPED A CALL!!! And believe me, I make and receive a lot of calls. However, I never went over my minutes until January 2008. I called AT&T customer service to upgrade to the next higher plan without extending my contract. I was so confused about what I was told, that I had the CSR repeat what she told me about 5 times, just to be sure I head her right.…
