I've had various cell phone providers from California to Florida, Wisconsin, Illinois,  and now Texas.  All the others were mediocre compared to T-Mobile.  Each had its own good points but none had the customer service that T-Mobile provides.  To get a free phone a contract is required but as each contract term is met you can get another free phone.  I let my grandson enjoy the use of a phone on our family plan and got an astronomical bill.  He is a video freak and had downloaded many games and professed to have no knowledge of a payment required for each one.  I called T-Mobile customer...
