I have two very active teens and my Sony H9 camera is great.  I purchased the camera to take pictures at football, volleyball, baseball, softball games etc. . .   I paid approximately $450 for the camera and about six months later decided to purchase a zoom lens for $99.  When using the zoom I can sit at the top of the stadium and get close up pictures on the field.  The camera has fast action capability and is great. I purchased a memory card for an additional $35 and the camera holds over 1,500 pictures.  The school yearbook and the local paper has asked for pictures.
