I received this printer as a replacement for a one year old HP laser printer that started printing extra dark smudges.  Office Max couldn't fix it, so they replaced it with my choice, which was this Lexmark.  The print quality is great!  The toner is less expensive and they have a program where I will get a free drum when it is needed.  It also was cheaper, so Office Max gave me a store gift card for the difference.  I am very happy with the Lexmark.  The only thing I don't like is the fact that I can't or at least haven't figured out how to set the default print quality to draft for everyday...
