We bought the Kodak 5100 with out reviewing it first. After the purchase was made I did the research and was not happy with what I had found. Most everyone HATED this printer because of the ink problems. (Flashing Red Lights) I swore to myself that this was not going to happen to me! I got the printer set up, and sure enough, Flashing Red Lights. I went online and downloaded the manual. Sorry, no they do not send it to you in the box. When you get the printer, the ink head is not installed. You have to do this yourself. Once I removed the head, and reseated it, it worked fine. ...read full review »
