I was given a gift certificate for this site for Christmas last year.  When I finally decided to use it, I was very very impressed at the selection of products and prices!!  If you are a professional cook, chef, or pastry chef, I think you will be impressed by the wide range of products that they offer, and by the price you will pay. 

My only caution is that the site is designed more for professionals than for the average cook, so take your time looking and comparing.  When I had questions, I called their customer service line, and they were exceptionally helpful...even steering me to a less...
