T-Mobile

I switched to T-Mobile for my cell phone service provider because they offered affordable family plans. Unfortunately, it was a big mistake. I've had many problems with my phone. They have been less than helpful in regards to resolving my issues. I'm always being referred back to the manufacturer. They'll sell the product but do not want to stand behind it or accept any responsibility when those products fail to live up to expectations. They could care less about satisfying the customer.
