I have been on BUPROPION -150mg since last October.  Found that it has made a difference in calming me down so that I am not reaching for a cigarette all the time....I have gone from 2 packs a day down to 2 cigarettes a day.  Am now ready to stop all together in next 2 weeks.  I have smoked for 56 years and will be glad to have this behind me!
