I am almost done with university of phoneix's online program for my masters in elementary education.  I have hated it.  I got my BA online through another school and I loved it!  UoP's website is CONSTANTLY down, and it is hard to use.  The online library is confusing, it is required that you pay like $80 for hte ebook even if you never open it, they call you constantly, they are not up front about things, the acedemic advisors quit every month and you have to talk to someone new, and it costs a fortune.  It was ideal for me because I could do it online, but it turned out to be more of a pain...
