I have done weight watchers in my past and I lost 32 pounds, just from watching my food intake and back then I did Tae Bo. I am not normally over weight. At the time I was weighing in at 160 lbs. I should be about 130 lbs. So, I looked really good. At least I thought so.
But, with so many new problems, deaths in the family, quitting smoking and everyday stress from home, work and life in general. I put weight back on. So, I started back on Weight Watchers, I lost about 17 lbs. so far and I am not doing any point systems. I do however, eat the Weight Watchers meals. But, I drink a lot of water...
