The Laptop that I purchased is a COMPAQ Presario F572US Notebook PC.

I purchased it from Staples. Even before I opened the box, the people from Staples were so knowledgable and helpful.

When they wrote the book COMPUTERS FOR DUMMIES  I think somewhere in the book you will find my name.  I am reasonablly smart but nervous about new things and products. I have a PC and I can get around the "net" okay. I can write a letter and even make a flyer but the thought of owning a laptop (to small) was over my head.
