My thirteen year old daughter used some of her babysitting money to buy herself a cute little Acer One Netbook, she was delighted with it and asked me to check it out.   I was somewhat scepticle about the neetbook, it seemed so small and toy-like, but once I used hers I was hooked.

My fifteen year old daughter also decided to get one, and there I was with my 15 inch Acer Laptop computer envying the girls with their "toys".    I was about to go on a flight and decided that with the long battery life and lightweight feature of this computer that it would be a great travelling companion, so...

Just wanted to update and THANK YOU for helping me decide to buy the Neuton 6.2. After using it many times during our monsoon season here in CT, I love it!

In response to suemegg's comment from May 11, 2009:

Got it Tues PM, let it charge until Friday PM, used it on high >6" , semi dry grass, and it worked very well. Battery time was about 1.5 hrs. when I quit, but it had some juice left. Finished the mowing on Sat. in about 1.5 hrs, only 1/2 charge down, so tried the trimmer. That cuts really well, but the head needs to be offset outboard of the front wheel by at least 3" more to be effective, so that part is going back.
I liked the low deck and the shorter wheelbase as it gives me an excellent forward view of the stuff I don't want to mow, such as rocks or sticks.
I also liked the ease of cleaning beneath the mower. I took out the key and battery, rotated the mower a 1/4 turn, got rid of the well mulched grass build-up and was back to work in a jiffy.
    I like it!
    Thx,
    Paul

    Hi Sue:
Bought the 6 today, w/ trimmer...that addition seemed like a good idea. Should get it in 10-15 days. Looking forward to it.
I have some spinal compression that squeezes against the nerves for my neck, arms and hands, and only hurts after working outside or having fun. The extreme vibrations of the beast took the fun out of mowing last year. I hope it's better this year.
