Grandeur wasnt quite as grand as i thought it would be. This was our first experience on a cruise ship. While the ship was lovely, the service wasnt all that great. The crew members are constantly asking you if you want to buy a drink. I actually carried my own drink around so that they wouldnt ask me. The room service wasnt what i had thought it would be. I have read all these reviews that say how the crew member assigned to your room caters to you... i certainly didnt see it... did i have a bad room staff by chance? Basically, he came into the room and made the bed and gave us fresh towels everyday.... read full review »
