I became interested in a Sky Chair when I sat in my friend's.  I have Degenerative Disc Disease, which makes sitting comfortably a challenge.  The Sky Chair fits me perfectly, and I can actually fall asleep in it!  Unlike hammock chairs, it is more sturdy and lasts in multiple weather types.  I live in the desert, which is very dry and hot.  Most things don't last outdoors for more than a couple years, but after two years, my Sky Chair still looks brand new.
