I bought the Toshiba satellite because it was the cheapest computer at the time.  I have had this computer for about 5 years now and it is still going strong.  I carry it around with me a lot so I am impressed that it has withstood so well.  My biggest complaint about the computer is that the battery life is very poor.  When it was brand new the computer lasted less than an hour on a full charge.  Now that i've had it so long I don't ever use it off of the power cord.  It just dies so quickly.

Despite having a desktop with Windows 7 RC on it, I still enjoy using Windows XP on my laptop. ...
