Well, I almost put them back when I saw how much they were, but I'm so glad I didn't.  This is day 2 of using the pads and day 3 of my period.  One of the heaviest days I have and mine are heavy.  I usually don't leave the house on day 2 or 3 because of leaks.  I have to wear a super absorbent tampon and the Always Overnight during the day.  At night, I double up with the overnight pads and still sometimes leak through wrecking my mattress and sheets, pjs and panties.  And I get my period heavy like this every 2 weeks. Not last night though.  

I can't believe how wonderfully thin they are...
