You stated you told them you had a broadband connection, what you didn't say was what speed it was. They state the required speed on the site, so when you told them you had it they assumed you had the required speed. I agree they should have mentioned it, but it is also up to the consumer to know as well. It is an all around bad deal as the rep should have been more knowledgeable. Still we as consumers must also garner as much info as is available to make an informed purchase. I am sorry you had a bad experience with them but we learn as we go and it doesn't always turn out in our favor. Ron
