I eagerly ordered AT & T U verse in Houston  and waited happily for it to be set up...and then I embarked on a nightmare experience. Because of my work schedule Installation was only available 3-4 weeks after I placed it on a Saturday. I rearranged my day and waited at home- no one showed up. I called customer service to get an update- that was a disaster- I got bounced about multiple departments, someone finally gave me a number to 'dispatch' turned out to be a fax number- tried again got transferred to 'dispatch'  after a waiting period got disconnected, tried again- got put on hold for...
