I got this card as a graduation present from a family member. I was only 17 when I recieved it, when I tried to activate it, It said I needed a parent to call the number. I was going to be 18 in about 2 weeks so I decided to just try again when I turned 18. I did try after my 18th birthday, but then online they could not verify it was me so I then called the number given, it took me forever to get somebody to talk to and they send I needed to send in a electricity bill a phone bill and a copy of my social security card.
