i have had this phone for a year now and i am both in love iwht it and both disapointed in it as well. the touch screen is awful and sometimes too senstive and somtimes it doesnt work at all and i have to restart it because the screen freezes and i cannot do anytngin wtih it at all and it is very annoying. also the keyboard is very good though and you cn use it very well and it is easy oncce you get used to it. and also it restarts itself all the time which is highly irrittaing and i think this phone needs work.
