    You only hear from them when it's time to renew your policy

    Although I have had my auto insurance with Safeco for over 30 years,it's as though I don't exist unles it's time to renew my policy. No one ever calls to review my coverage or to see if my needs have changed. I DO NOT feel like a valued customer
