    I have tried to expain to Vonage that the phone number they provided me with is long distance to anyone calling me in my area. The prefix 318 is not recognized by my phone company and thus my family who lives a few streets away from me would have to be charged long distance rates if they called me. They did not believe me because their computer generated phone number said it was a local prefix and i am the one who is wrong. So I tried to cancel my service and they have made it very difficult to do to date.
