The counting caterpiler is great for infants and small children. My nephew loved this toy for the music and other noises it made. he would sing and dance to the caterpiler music. This caterpiler is great to help children count or just talk in general. Also the multiple bright colors is defiantly a attration to children. The caterpiler never gets old either. it is one my nephews favorite toys ever since he was an infant. Ans it is not to annoying or noisy but im not going to say its completly unannoying. I would reommend this toy for mostly infants but also toddler. defiantly a good toy to take...
