not great service, considering switching

I've had accounts at Bank of America even before I had my first real job. There's never been any real reason for much complaint before...I think there were a couple times I was charged fees that I should have been, but those were easily resolved.

I'm a college senior now, and with great effort have no debt, just one credit card that I pay in full every month. Of course banks are eager to send credit card offers but I never except. Several weeks ago I visited my local branch to deposit to my checking account and the teller told me I was pre-approved for a card, which I declined. In fact,... review »
