I received a pair of Ugg boots in 1/07 as a gift. I followed all directions on the prep of the boots, etc. I was only able to wear the boots until 3/07 when the weather got warmer. I took out my boots again at the end of the year (12/07) and wore them for about (3) weeks at which time the inside bottom of the boots were matted down and ripping out. I took the boots to Nordstroms to try to return them only to be told that they are no longer trading out Ugg boots and that I would have to buy new inserts or call Ugg directly.
