I  was diagnosed  with fibermyalgia , ( which  is a form of arthritis) a few years ago , and everything i tried  only  masked the pain and left me with other side effects,  until i tried  bell shark cartilage, a natural remedy from the health store that not only helped for the pain but also heals, especially if you pull a muscle for example,  shark cartilage helps you heal faster.  just don't   make the mistake of trying other brands because they re  not only less effective a lot  of the other brands seem to  have a higher amount of ash which is not as healthy in the long run.
