I loved using USAA.  I don't know how I ever got along without them. I used to have insurance through them and my car loan through them at one point. I was even able to get a credit card and a bank account through them. They also offer so many different things including financial advice and renters insurance. They gave me the best rates out of anyone I looked at. I was able to pay all my USAA bills online from their website. The website was very easy to use.
