    Purchased Simmons best world class mattress from local dealer.  Mattress has ten year warrantee.  After one year mattress sags in middle.  Dealer said he quit handeling Simmons because he couldn't get them to stand behind warrantee.  Dealer told me to contact Simmons direct.  After contacting Simmons and filling out all their warrantee paper work they sent me, sending all pictures and measurements they required I had to call Simmons after one month because of no reply.  When I called Simmons they told me they had lost my address and that they would not warrantee mattress because the pictures... review »
